Loving Bonds. Positive Impact.
Loving Bonds. Positive Impact.
I truly believe that we aren’t meant to go through life’s toughest chapters alone. At our core, humans are social creatures, and I’ve seen firsthand how strengthening the bonds with the people we love can be the most powerful way to heal the symptoms we feel as individuals. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your partner or overwhelmed by your own internal struggles, I’m here to help you find your way back to a sense of peace and belonging.
I’ve spent years learning specific, proven ways to help people feel better. I like to think of my training as a "toolbox" we can use together to find what works best for your unique story:
For your relationships: I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) through the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. This approach is all about helping couples move past the "same old arguments" to find the deep, secure connection they’ve been missing.
For healing from the past: I'm an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist. EMDR is a wonderful tool that helps take the "sting" out of painful memories so they don't keep affecting your life today.
For managing anxiety: I have additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is incredibly effective if you feel stuck in cycles of worry or "must-do" behaviors.
For finding your motivation: I’ve also been coded as competent in Motivational Interviewing, which basically means I’m skilled at helping you find the inner strength to make the changes you want to see, at your own pace.
Life can get heavy, and it’s okay to need a hand navigating it. I work with people to help ease the weight of things like:
Constant worry, panic, or "stuck" thoughts.
Feeling "on edge" or haunted by past experiences.
Cycles of arguing or feeling lonely even when you're with your partner.
That feeling of being "on the fence" about making a big life change.
While I love helping couples repair their relationships through EFCT, I also know that it’s a lot easier to be a great partner when you aren't struggling with your own trauma or anxiety. That’s why I often find that addressing individual trauma and anxiety is such a helpful part of the process. When you feel steadier within yourself, your relationships have more room to bloom.
I’m here to help you untangle the knots—within yourself and with the people who matter most. I’d love to hear your story.
